Tender: Urban Planning & Development Quetta — Sewerage, Tile Laying & Street‑lighting Works (Bids due 2026-11-05)

The Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta Division invites electronic bids for multiple civil works under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan. Only electronic bids will be submitted; no physical bids will be accepted.

Procurement Method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidding documents are available from the BPPRA website and can be obtained after deposit of the required processing fee.

Eligibility: Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (Category C-5 or above), have valid registration with relevant authorities, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders must have a minimum turnover for the last three years and relevant past experience (completion of similar assignments).

Bid Security: Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee equal to 3% of the estimated cost, in the name of the undersigned. Processing fee: Rs. 3,000 per bidding document to be deposited in government treasury under the prescribed head.

Submission & Opening: Last date and time for electronic bid submission is 2026-11-05 by 09:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM. Bid validity: 90 days.
