Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan.
Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital invites registered firms to submit e-Bids for an operational management contract and annual maintenance (with parts) for hospital machinery for Financial Year 2026-27. The contract is for one year and is extendable for a further year on the same terms and conditions.
Scope includes repair and annual maintenance (with parts) for the following equipment:

Bidding procedure and submission:
- Procedure: Single stage, two-envelope bidding as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 (Rule 38[2](o)).
- e-Bids must be submitted online via Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) at punjab eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders are encouraged to register on e-PADS.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost per quoted item/lot, to be provided in the form of Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order or banker’s cheque. Original bid security must be submitted on or before the time of e-Bid opening in addition to the soft copy uploaded on the portal.
- Bid validity: 120 days from the date of opening.
- Hard copies of e-Bids are not required. The procuring agency will not be responsible for failures due to technical or internet issues.
- Technical evaluation will follow the criteria in the bidding documents; only technically responsive bidders will be considered for financial evaluation.
