Municipal Committee Khanewal invites e-bids (PDF upload) via the Punjab e-procurement system for patch work and repair of metalled roads in City Khanewal. Registered contractors/firms, manufacturers or authorized dealers registered on the Punjab e-procurement system with FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN) and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category may submit bids.

Submission method: E-bids must be submitted online by uploading a PDF file on the Punjab e-procurement system. Bid security (5% of estimated price) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system in accordance with PPRA instructions; no physical bid security instrument will be accepted.
Key conditions: single-stage single-envelope procedure; submission of encrypted electronic file will be deemed submission in an envelope. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The procuring agency may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance under Section 35 Punjab PP Rules 2014. If the last date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be the deadline. Bids will be valid for 120 days.
Performance security: The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit performance security/guarantee @ 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Khanewal, in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee (no other form accepted).
