| Minimum Qualification | Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution |
| Experience | At least 15 years of progressive relevant experience in hospitality, hotel management, business administration or related commercial operations, including at least 5 years as General Manager, Hotel Manager or equivalent senior operational leadership |
| Age | 40–55 years on the closing date; relaxation in upper age limit up to 5 years may be considered subject to policy and approval |
| Additional Eligibility | Demonstrated commercial hotel operations experience (revenue, service quality, operating costs). Airport, transit, high-volume F&B or comparable hospitality experience is an advantage. Must satisfy fit-and-proper requirements under Section 16 read with Schedule IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 |
| Role & Responsibilities | Provide strategic and operational leadership to deliver business objectives and performance targets; oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, banqueting, engineering/utilities, security and guest services; drive occupancy, revenue, market share and profitability through revenue management, sales, marketing and business development; ensure asset stewardship, risk management, internal controls, regulatory compliance and effective workforce management; maintain relationships with PIAHCL, Board/management, regulators, owners, business partners and stakeholders |
| Contract & Terms | Performance-based, KPI-driven contract; extendable subject to satisfactory performance, annual performance evaluation and approved terms |
