Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd. invites sealed bids from reputed contracting firms for the construction of a tensile fabric car parking shed in front of the site office at Malir Industrial Park (C-5, CE10 & CE11), Karachi.
Firms must be registered with PEC for 2025/26 and have relevant tensile car park experience. Tender documents (non-refundable fee Rs. 2,500 via pay order in favor of Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd) are available from 30 June 2026 during office hours. Submit bids in a single-stage, single-envelope format by 15 July 2026, 14:00 hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hrs at the issuing office (Plot No. 179, Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue, Sector D, DHA, Karachi). MIP reserves the right to accept or reject proposals.
