How to apply / submit bids
Bidders must download tender documents from the official KMU website and the Sindh EPADS/SPPRA e-Procurement portal and submit bids online through EPADS within the prescribed deadline. Original bid security and tender fee, where applicable, must be furnished in favor of Karachi Metropolitan University in the form specified in the bidding documents and submitted in a sealed envelope on or before the submission date. Firms must be duly registered and active taxpayers and submit valid NTN, GST and SRB certificates as applicable.
Additional requirements include a judicial/stamp paper undertaking/affidavit (Rs. 500/- or above) attested by a Notary Public confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government or public-sector organization. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with SPPRA Rules, 2010 (as amended up to 2025) and EPADS procedures. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
