Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (REDAMCO) invites sealed e-bids (Two-Envelope Single Stage) for disposal/lease of public assets on Pakistan Railway lands for mixed‑use commercial development, shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail and factory outlets.
Key terms: Lease period 21 years (extendable for further 21 years); annual rent escalation 8% compound; mobilization period 24 months from possession; building construction per local bye-laws. Bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and be Active Taxpayers. Submission is through EPADS v2.0.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-26 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (also via Zoom). Submission deadline (technical & financial bids): 2026-11-02 at 02:00 PM through EPADS v2.0. Technical bid opening online: 2026-11-02 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
