Key instructions: Bid security/earnest money must be submitted as Deposit at Call (CDR) generated from the firm’s account clearly indicating the firm name, issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Deputy Director, Sector Development (E&M), CDA and deposited in the CDA account at Shop No.01, Bazar No.08, Street No.57, Sector G‑6/4, Islamabad before closing hours on 2026-11-03. Prospective bidders must also upload a copy of the technical bid and an undertaking on stamp paper (Rs.100) duly attested by a notary public. Bids must be submitted electronically via E‑PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk by the closing date/time; no hard/manual bids are acceptable.
