Submission and eligibility: Bids are invited through the ePADS portal (kp.procure.gov.pk) from eligible firms/companies in accordance with KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered on ePADS and with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) (active status), have valid Registration in Provincial Board of Revenue (FBR) / active NTN status, Company/Firm Registration/ Incorporation, and valid EOBI and Social Security registrations. Other qualifying criteria and experience requirements are specified in the bidding documents.
Bid documents, bidding/contract data and BOQ can be downloaded from the ePADS portal and the PDA website. Original physical documents such as bid security (call deposit in favour of Director General, PDA), tender form fees and any additional security must reach the office of the undersigned by registered post/courier before the submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the date/time above; financial bids will be opened later as announced. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-10-30 at 11:00 AM in the office of Director (Water & Sanitation), PDA House Commercial Complex, Block-2, 3rd Floor, Phase-V, Hayatabad.
