Project Director, Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for construction works under the Area Development Programme, including sewerage, drainage, road network, roundabout & monuments, drip irrigation and chain link fencing.

Eligibility & Requirements: Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency, and must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-2 or above in the relevant category and specialized codes (sewerage/drainage/irrigation/flood control). Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature, with individual assignment value referenced at approximately PKR 530,000,000 as qualifying experience.
Procurement Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bids must include bid security (bank guarantee/deposit) equal to 2% of the estimated cost and a tender processing fee of PKR 1,000.
Submission & Opening: Only electronic bids will be accepted. Tender documents and e-bidding registration are available through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) / BPPRA e-bidding platform. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2026-11-05 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM on the EPPS system.
