Issuer: Office of the Chief Officer / Procurement Office, District Council Toba Tek Singh.
Purpose: Online e-bids are invited from engineering firms/contractors for maintenance & repair (M&R) schemes of District Council, Toba Tek Singh under Punjab e-Procurement rules.
Eligibility & key conditions: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bidders must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost electronically through the Punjab e-PS; physical instruments (CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts, bank guarantees) will not be accepted. E-bids will be received under single-stage single-envelope procedure. The Procuring Agency may reject bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with applicable rules. Recovery against the credit of old material will be adjusted as per rules where applicable.

E-bid submission deadline: 2026-11-05 at 10:30 AM. E-bid opening: 2026-11-05 at 11:00 AM. All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk).
