Tender for Renting Billboard / Hoarding Space at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi

Issuer: Fatima Jinnah Women University, The Mall, Rawalpindi. Purpose: Invitation to bid for renting four billboard/hoarding sites (LED installation) at Campus I, Rawalpindi.

Key eligibility and terms: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active tax filers. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees; GST/PST to be indicated separately where applicable. Quoted prices remain valid for 90 days and are extendable for another 30 days. Procurement method and submission: Single Stage – One Envelope. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Purchase Office by 1100 hours on 2026-10-28. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours.
