Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) invites bids from well-reputed, experienced and tax-registered training service providers for the “Umeed — Skills for Inclusion” program for transgender persons. Bidding will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
