A public sector organization invites sealed tenders (Tender Notice No. 23/2026) for 26 separate supply and service packages covering a range of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and consumable items. Tender fee: PKR 2,000 per package. Tender documents are available from the Procurement Office on submission of a written request and the required non‑refundable tender fee by Bank Draft/Pay Order payable to the Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash and call deposit are not accepted.
Submission and opening: Tender documents can be obtained Monday–Friday between 09:00 and 13:00 (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Tenders must be delivered to the Procurement Office by 13:00 hours on the respective opening date and will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with rules.
