Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA), Lahore invites e-bids for the printing, binding and supply of Tajweedi Qaida and Tajweedi Paras of the Holy Quran for Academic Session 2027-28 in accordance with requirements of programme stakeholders.
Eligible bidders include registered printers/publishers/firms/companies, joint ventures, consortia, AOPs and sole proprietors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and registered under the Punjab Holy Quran (Printing and Recording) Act (2022, amended), and with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possessing relevant experience. A non-Muslim shall not associate or be associated with the printing or publication of the Tajweedi Qaida/Tajweedi Paras, as specified under Article 260 of the Constitution.
