Fatima Jinnah Women University (Planning & Development Directorate) invites Expressions of Interest for selection of consulting firms to provide consultancy services for various development projects under the Budget Estimates FY 2026-27. Services required include architectural and engineering design, cost estimates, preparation of tender documents/BOQs, bid evaluation and procurement assistance (PPRA compliant), construction supervision, quality assurance, progress monitoring and preparation of progress reports and project documentation.
Eligibility: Consulting firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)/PCATP as a Consulting Firm, have at least 5 years of relevant consultancy experience, possess qualified technical staff (architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers etc.), and submit copies of NTN and GST/PST registration certificates.

Submission: Interested firms must submit a Technical Proposal (per eligibility and evaluation criteria) and a Financial Proposal sealed separately. Sealed proposals must be submitted by 2026-11-03 at 11:00 AM; proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
