Arif Habib Limited notifies shareholders that seven persons have offered themselves as candidates for election as directors at the Extra‑Ordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled for October 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the PSX Auditorium, Stock Exchange Building, Stock Exchange Road, Karachi, and also through electronic means. As the number of candidates equals the number of directors fixed by the board under section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, the listed candidates shall be deemed to have been elected as unopposed directors for the next three‑year term.
