E‑Tender: Furniture, Fixtures & IT Equipment for Newly Appointed ADCs/AACs — Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi

Issuer: Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Rawalpindi. Purpose: Procurement of furniture, fixtures, IT equipment and other miscellaneous items for the newly appointed Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) and Additional Assistant Commissioners (AACs) in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Rawalpindi.

Eligibility & submission method: Firms, companies or sole proprietors duly registered with SECP and relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, GST, Punjab Sales Tax etc.) may participate. Complete bids with required documents must be submitted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security & performance guarantee: Bidders must provide a bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via a valid digital bank guarantee or online payment through the Punjab e‑Procurement System. The successful bidder will furnish a performance security equal to 10% of the contract price as per Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Procurement rules: The procurement will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Two Envelope) under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids in accordance with the rules and to increase/decrease scope or quantity as required.

Key dates and timings: Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System by 2026-10-30 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:30 AM (if the opening date is a holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time).

Other notes: Manual bids and physical submissions will not be accepted. Electronic proposals that are corrupt, incomplete, unreadable or infected with malware will be declared non‑responsive.
