- Special Conditions of Contract — GC Clause 23.1: Limitation of the Consultant’s liability towards the Procuring Agency is added. Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Consultant shall not be liable for (i) indirect or consequential loss or damage; and (ii) direct loss or damage that exceeds two (02) times the total value of the Contract. This limitation does not affect Consultant liability for damage to third parties or any limitation prohibited by Pakistan law.
- Special Conditions of Contract — GC Clauses 46.1(b) and 46.1(e): "PKR/USD" shall be read as "USD" only.
- All other terms and conditions, including the opening date, remain unchanged.
