Banking Court‑I, Larkana has issued a summons in Suit No.104 of 2026 filed by Z.T.B.L., Kandhkot Branch, District Kashmore, against Riaz Hussain S/o Abdul Raheem (R/o Village Raza Muhammad Khoso, P.O. & Taluka Kandhkot, District Kashmore @ Kandhkot) under section 9(1) of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, XLVI of 2001 for recovery of Rs.2,235,236/-.
