Municipal Corporation Murree Tender: Construction of Road on Kohala Bridal Road to House of Capt. Taha (Shaheed), Rawat

Issuer: Municipal Corporation Murree. Invitation for e-tenders under Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) for fiscal year 2026-27 for the construction of a street/road from Kohala Bridal Road to the house of Capt. Taha (Shaheed), Rawat, Municipal Corporation Murree.

How to apply and eligibility:

• Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e‑procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login) and with Pakistan Engineering Council (valid PEC license). Valid CNIC, PRA registration and NTN are required.

• After registration contractors may participate through the Punjab E‑Procurement System (EP). Bids must be submitted electronically; physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders or bank guarantees) will not be accepted.

Bid security and performance guarantee:

• A bid security equivalent to 0.5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E‑Procurement System (EP).

• The notice also lists 5% earnest money for the scheme (Rs. 279,459/-). Where the tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% of the approved estimate/DNIT amount, the lowest bidder must deposit an additional performance/quality assurance guarantee of 10% of the tender amount within 15 days as per relevant Finance Department notifications; the guarantee will be refunded six months after successful completion of the work.

Important dates and tender process:

• Electronic rates must be submitted by filling the BOQ on the portal on an "item-wise rate only" basis before 10:00 AM on 2026-11-02.

• All registered contractors will participate in the tendering process on 2026-11-02 at 10:45 AM via the Punjab E‑Procurement System (EP).

• Successful bidder will be announced on 2026-11-02 at 11:30 AM in the office of Municipal Corporation Murree, Tehsil & District Murree, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee using the EP portal.

Other conditions:

• Incomplete, corrupted, virus‑infected or improperly submitted bids will be rejected.

• If the scheduled opening date is a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

• The procuring agency may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule‑35.

• Tender information and response time shall be calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA/EP website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx).
