Punjab Tourism Department Pre-Qualification Notice for Event Management Firms

Issuer: Tourism, Archaeology & Museums Department, Government of the Punjab. Purpose: To prequalify experienced, technically, financially and managerially capable event management firms for integrated planning and execution of national and international conferences, summits, seminars, official ceremonies, cultural and tourism events, government meetings, public events, foreign-delegation visits, SCO and ECO engagements and other comparable high‑level official events.

Eligibility and mandatory documents: Interested firms must have valid Income Tax Registration, Active Taxpayer Status, Sales Tax Registration, Punjab Revenue Authority Registration, Professional Tax Certificate and registration on the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Applicants must apply for the complete scope of services; partial applications for individual service components will not be accepted.

Submission method and documents: Complete Prequalification Document, application forms, scope, terms and conditions and other details may be downloaded from the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Applications must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System; manual submissions by hand, courier, post, email or facsimile will not be accepted. Electronic applications will be opened through e‑P in the presence of the Departmental Committee and representatives of participating firms.

Evaluation and validity: Applicants fulfilling mandatory eligibility requirements and obtaining a minimum of 70 marks out of 100 in the technical evaluation will be declared prequalified. Prequalification will remain valid for one year. Prequalified firms may be invited through e‑P to participate in subsequent event‑specific procurement proceedings. Prequalification does not constitute an award of contract, purchase order, work order or guarantee of any minimum quantity or value of business. The Department reserves the right to reject all applications or cancel the prequalification process in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended.
