Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA), Lahore invites e-bids for printing, binding and supply of TAJWEEDI QAIDA / TAJWEEDI PARAS OF THE HOLY QURAN for Academic Session 2027-28. Eligible printers/publishers/firms registered with the Punjab Qur'an Board under the Punjab Holy Quran (Printing and Recording) Act, 2022 (Amended) and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments may participate.
Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules, 2014 (Amended). Bidders must submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be provided as specified in the bidding documents. Technical samples and original instruments required by the bidding documents must be presented as directed.
