Submission: Bidders must submit their offers before 11:00 hours on 2026-11-18 in a single package comprising two separate sealed envelopes:
- Envelope 1: "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" including the Pre-Qualification form for the sub-contractor, signed and stamped.
- Envelope 2: "COMMERCIAL / FINANCIAL PROPOSAL".
Opening: Technical proposals will be opened the same day (2026-11-18) at 11:30 hours in the Office of Development & Sub-Contract in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Commercial/financial proposals will be opened later in the presence of technically qualified bidders on a date to be intimated by KS&EW.
