Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (Head Office), 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore. Sealed electronic tenders are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council-registered firms/contractors for the establishment of PESSI School of Nursing at Social Security Hospital (SSH), Manga Raiwind Road, Lahore.
Eligibility & submission: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (category C-4 or above), possess valid PRA and NTN certificates, and show social security contributions deposited regularly for the last six months. Firms/contractors must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA e-PAADS / e-Tendering platforms. A 2% Bid Security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.e.punjab.gov.pk) in the prescribed manner; a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) will also be accepted as indicated. The Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted.
Tender schedule: Closing time for submission is 11:00 AM on 2026-10-29; tenders will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-10-29. The procuring agency may reject bids at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA rules.
