NGCP Tender T-3 (2026): Major Repair/Overhaul of 25-Ton QYB-25 Crane at 500kV NGC New Lahore (South)

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis for complete fabrication/repairing and major repair/maintenance/overhauling of a 25-ton hydraulic crane (China make QYB-25, Model 1985) located at 500 kV Grid Station NGC New Lahore (South).

Bidding documents and detailed terms are available through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before the prescribed date and time. Original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Senior Manager before the bid submission deadline.

Key requirements:

• Bid security: 5% of the total bid value in PKR (or as specified in bidding documents).
• Bid security form: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favor of "D.M 500KV Grid station NTDC New LHR".
• Procurement method: Single Stage-Two Envelope with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
• Firm must be active on FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and registered with Sales Tax Department(s), where applicable.
• Inspection: Vehicle/equipment can be inspected at 500kV Grid Station NGC New Lahore (South) during working hours (Monday–Friday, except holidays).
• Bidders must not be blacklisted by NGC, DISCO, or any other government organization at the time of bidding.
