Communication & Works Department, 6th Buildings Division, Lahore invites e-tenders for the Upgradation of the Pathology Department at Children Hospital, Lahore. Bids are invited under PPRA Rule 36 on a Single Stage Two Envelope (Technical and Financial) basis from contractors/firms enlisted/renewed with PEC for the current financial year with the required specialization codes. Contractors must produce original PEC license showing the relevant specialization.
Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Interested bidders must register on the system and submit Technical and Financial bids online (separate, signed and stamped). Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest money must be submitted online via bank transfer through the PSID generated on the Punjab E-Procurement System as indicated in the tender record. Technical bids will be opened online on the specified date and time; financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
