The Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Minchinabad (District Rahim Yar Khan) invites sealed bids through the online e-procurement system for a framework contract for FY 2026-27 for medicines, surgical disposable items and other medical and non-medical supplies.
Eligible bidders: Pharmacies / Chain of Pharmacies with valid CDSL (9/1A category preferred) and appropriate centralized drug sale license (MQA Category No.1). Bidders should preferably be located within the tehsil/town and not outside the health facility district. Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules and applicable Government of Punjab guidelines. Bidders must submit bids online via the Procurement portal; participation and opening will be through the e-procurement system.

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
