Key procurement instructions:
- Bidding will be conducted through e-Procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014. Interested bidders must participate via https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
- Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and specifications are immediately available free of cost under Rule 25(1) at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and http://ue.edu.pk.
- E-bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost, to be deposited electronically through the e-Procurement System.
- Bidders shall upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper with their bid documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to require performance/security as needed.
