Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF) invites sealed bids through e-PAQS 2.0 for solarization works of the PWWF Head Office and Workers Welfare schools (ON-GRID). Firms must hold PEC registration C-4 or above with mandatory electrical registration codes (EE04, EE06, EE11 - Solar), be active NTN filers and be registered with PRA, FBR and SECP as required.

Key instructions and requirements:

Bidders must provide firm details, years of experience, list of similar projects with completion certificates, audited accounts, NTN, sales tax registration, registration with relevant authorities, affidavit on stamp paper regarding non-blacklisting, litigation history and other standard prequalification information.
- Procurement rules and bid documents: Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 and related PPRA/e-PAQS procedures. Tender documents and submission instructions available on e-PAQS (Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority portals).
