Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD), District Charsadda invites e-bids through EPADS for sanitation works including street pavement, retaining walls and drains at various locations of UC Dheri Zard and UC Doshra (Work No. 01) under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Important instructions and eligibility:
- Bidding documents must be downloaded and bids submitted online via the EPADS website (www.portalp.kp.gov.pk) after publishing of the NIT. Documents will be uploaded at the time of application.
- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the required category and possess the required specialization codes as specified in the bidding documents.
- Bid security shall be provided as a call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD H/Q Charsadda.
- Relevant experience, enlistment with the department, valid FBR and KPRA registration (Active Tax Payer) for the current financial year, and other conditions specified in the bidding documents are required.
- Bids will be evaluated as per the Tender Evaluation Criteria given in the Bidding Documents and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules.
