Key terms and conditions:

2. The person declared the highest bidder/purchaser shall deposit 25% of the bid amount by pay order in the name of the Nazir, Banking Court-III. Cheque or cash for the 25% deposit will not be accepted.
3. The balance of the purchase money shall be paid by the successful purchaser within fifteen (15) days from the date of auction; failure to pay the balance within 15 days will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit.
4. All government taxes and dues will be borne by the auction purchaser.
5. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Court. The Court reserves the right to cancel the auction or not to accept any bid at any time.
