Key instructions: Bidding documents are available from the office of the Additional Director (Contracts), Engineer Directorate, PDOHA Head Office from 2026-10-23 upon submission of a written request and payment of the non‑refundable bid document fee by pay order in favour of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, Karachi, and on production of a valid PEC registration certificate for the year 2026‑27.
Submission & opening: Sealed bids (one original and one copy) must be delivered to the Additional Director (Contracts), Engineer Directorate, PDOHA Head Office by 1430 hours on 2026-11-10. Design & Financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. PDOHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under prevailing rules and regulations.
