Horticulture Agency Lahore E‑Auction for Park Canteens & Juice Corners — 3‑Year Leases

Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites sealed bids (through the Punjab e‑auction portal) from interested parties — individuals, sole proprietors, firms, AST, OPO, companies and joint ventures — for multiple canteens, juice corners and kiosks at city parks and market areas on an ON BOT (Operate on Built‑to‑Own/Operational Basis) for a tenure of three (03) years (extendable).

Key details:

- Lots include canteens, juice corners and food stalls at locations including Mini Market Samnabad, Jilani Park (Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal / Main Market areas), Barkat Market, Allama Iqbal Town, Qurban Park, and other park/market sites across Lahore.

- Lease tenure: 03 years (extendable).

- Reserve prices, required bid security (percentages vary by lot) and lot sizes are specified per lot in the auction schedule available on the e‑auction portal.

- Bidding method: Online e‑auction. Live bidding sessions generally run from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM on the scheduled auction dates.

- Registration: Register online at the Punjab e‑auction portal (http://eauction.punjab.gov.pk). Registration period opens after publication and closes on 2026-10-30.

- Pre‑auction guidance: A 2‑hour guidance session for the e‑auction process will be held on 20 and 21 October 2026 at 03:00 PM in the Committee Room of Horticulture Headquarters, Jilani Park, Jail Road, Lahore.

- Bid security: Must be deposited online via the portal (banking / PSID). Bid security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after deduction of the auction fee (Rs.10,000). The highest bidder must submit the auction fee together with the first installment of advance rent as per auction terms.

- Terms: The Department is not responsible for interruption or hindrance during the online auction due to internet connectivity issues, power failure or any malfunction/failure of the bidder’s equipment or devices. Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal or to modify the bidding process before acceptance.
