Project Director, SAMIS Project, Directorate of Agriculture (Economics & Marketing), Punjab invites e-bids for the purchase of hardware under the ADP project titled "Strengthening Agricultural Marketing Information Service (SAMIS) Project".
Bidding is through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS). Bidders must be registered on PEPS and shall submit e-bids using the PDF Upload method. Bidding documents may be downloaded via the Punjab e-Procurement System or from the PPRA/Punjab procurement website without payment of a tender fee.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated tender price to be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System. No physical instruments such as CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will be accepted in place of the electronic bid security.
Submission & opening: Bidders must submit required documents via the Punjab e-Procurement System between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. Electronic bid opening will take place on the same date at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Directorate of Agriculture (Economics & Marketing), 21-Davis Road, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Procedure & rules: Procurement will follow the Online Competitive Bidding method under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
