The Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Okara City invites online bids from registered vendors for multiple framework contracts through the Punjab e-Procurement system. - Bidding documents, specifications and submission are available via the Punjab e-Procurement portal: http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (and the PPRA site: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents may also be obtained from the office of the undersigned on written application.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost; bidding documents must be accompanied by bid security (CDR/online submission as per updated rules).
- Submission & opening: Bids submitted online; bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on the closing date in the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Okara City, in presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
- Eligibility & requirements: NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are required. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject bids as per PPRA rules.
