Issuer: Daanish Schools Authority, Government of Pakistan. The Authority invites e‑bids from eligible outsourcing firms/service providers, including Consortiums/Joint Ventures (JVs), for the provision and management of essential services at multiple Daanish Schools. Procurement will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage‑Two Envelope) using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
Bid submission is electronic only via EPADS v2.0. Detailed e‑bidding documents, terms and specifications are available at: https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/
Submission and opening:
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 2026-11-12 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
