HBL Vehicle Auction — Sealed Bids for Three Bank Vehicles (Multan)

HBL invites sealed bids for auction of three bank vehicles. Bids must be submitted to the Regional Collection Manager at HBL Consumer Center, 1st Floor, Hussain Agahi Road Main Branch, Multan.

Key terms:

- Sealed bids must be received by the bank prior to 2026-10-28 before the close of office hours.

- Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 10% of the bid amount by Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of HBL. Unsuccessful pay orders will be refunded within 10 days from the date of opening of bids.

- Vehicles are offered on an "as is, where is" basis. The successful bidder is responsible for payment of all taxes, transfer fees, and related charges.

- Inspection: HBL warehouse, Old Bahawalpur Road near Irrigation Office — 2026-10-27 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Documentation details provided at inspection.

- Bid opening: Auction Committee will open offers on 2026-10-28 at HBL Consumer Center, 1st Floor, Hussain Agahi Road Main Branch, Multan.

- Payment: The balance of purchase price must be paid by the successful bidder within 3 working days from acceptance; otherwise the 10% down payment will be forfeited.
