Prospective bidders registered with PEC in Category C-4 or above (CE-10) for Construction and Operation of Engineering Works are invited to apply for pre-qualification. A minimum pre-qualification requirement is successful completion of at least two projects of similar nature, each having value of PKR 90.114 million or more in the last five years; for joint ventures each member must meet prescribed contract value as per the pre-qualification document.
Application and Submission:
- Pre-qualification applications must be uploaded in PDF format on the E-Bidding dashboard by 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. The e-tendering system will open submissions and display the list of participants; the list will be visible after opening.
- Hard copies of pre-qualification applications (original signed and stamped) must be delivered to the Employer within two days after opening of the tender.
- Prospective bidders must obtain a Username and Login details from the IT Section, Office of Chief Engineer Building/PME Muzaffarabad, Block "H", DHO Muzaffarabad, and may receive necessary training about the bidding procedure. Bidders/firms already electronically registered may use their existing Username and Login.
Other Terms:
- Invitation to bid is expected to be issued by November 2026.
- Applicants will be informed of the result of pre-qualification in writing by fax or mail within 42 days of the submission deadline.
- As per applicable AJK PPRA rules, the Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications.
