Punjab Highways Department Tender Notice — Highway Division Vehari / Highway Circle Multan

Punjab Highways Department invites online tenders from engineering firms and contractors for multiple highway improvement schemes under Highway Division Vehari and Highway Circle Multan.

Key requirements and instructions:

• Intending contractors/firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and hold a valid PEC licence for the applicable financial year.
• All contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and must participate through the e-Procurement portal. Physically sealed bids will not be accepted.
• Bid security and performance guarantees must be provided as required under PPRA rules and tender documents. Performance security and other conditions will follow PPRA rules (2014) and the requirements stated in the e-procurement documents.
• Tender documents, bid submission procedures, package details, estimated costs, required bid securities and completion periods are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids will be opened online at the date and time shown on the portal.
• The URL of the Punjab e-Procurement tender view is: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/view_tender.aspx. Response time for deadlines will be calculated from the date the advertisement is published on the PPRA website.
