Issuer: Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE), Rawalpindi. Purpose: Procurement and installation of IT/computer/machinery items and CCTV with installation for financial year 2026-27. Only firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Government Sales Tax / any applicable government tax) and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may submit bids.
Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Online submissions will be accepted until 2026-11-10 at 11:30 AM; bids will be opened online the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Hand-delivered, registered post or courier submissions will not be accepted.
Bid security: A 5% bid security of the total estimated price is required for each lot. Tender documents, bidding rules, specifications and terms & conditions are available on the Punjab Procurement Rules/e-procurement portal and BISE Rawalpindi website and can also be obtained from the Stores Branch of BISE Rawalpindi.
