Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids under Single Stage Two Envelopes National Competitive Bidding for supply and installation of machinery and equipment. Eligible bidders must be active tax filers registered on the Punjab E-Procurement (eP) System and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

Bidding documents are available and downloadable free of cost on the Punjab E-Procurement (eP) System and PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 10:30 AM on 2026-11-03. E-bids will be opened as per the schedule above.
Bid security must be submitted online in the form of PSID; personal cheques will not be acceptable. E-bids submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement (eP) System only will be entertained.
