National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for senior Unit Head positions based in Karachi. These are contractual leadership roles across Human Resources, Fraud/Employee Relations, Information Systems, Analytics, External Audits and NOCs & Pensions. Employment is contractual for an initial period (renewal at management discretion) with compensation and other benefits as per Bank policy.

| Unit Head – HR Information Systems (AVP) | Karachi | Graduate; experience with SAP/HRIS, HR systems implementation and change management; knowledge of HR processes, data integrity and systems integration. |
| Unit Head – HR Operations (AVP) | Karachi | Graduate; experience in HR operations, payroll, policies and compliance; strong organisational and process-improvement skills. |
| Unit Head – HR Analytics (AVP) | Karachi | Graduate; experience in HR analytics, reporting tools and data-driven HR decision making; proficiency in BI tools, data modelling and dashboards preferred. |
| Unit Head – External Audits (AVP) | Karachi | Graduate; experience handling external/internal audits, coordination with audit teams and implementing audit recommendations; strong compliance focus. |
| Unit Head – NOCs & Pensions (AVP) | Karachi | Graduate; experience in pensions/NOCs administration and HR policy implementation; sound knowledge of regulatory and documentation requirements. |
General eligibility includes graduation from an HEC-recognized institution; relevant postgraduate degrees or professional certifications are desirable. Selected candidates will be assessed against advertised eligibility criteria and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
