PHED Rawalpindi E-Tender: Preventive Maintenance Backup Support Program 2026-27

- Bidders must be registered contractors/firms on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and on PPRA as required.
- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant categories is mandatory (codes referenced include CE-09, CE-10, EE-11, Solar Energy System & General Electrical Works and related categories) for FY 2026-27.
- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost (as listed above).
- Required documents to be presented to the Tender Opening Committee: valid PEC license for current financial year; PRC certificate for current financial year; active taxpayer certificate for current financial year.

Submission and opening:

- Bids to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System up to 01:00 PM on 2026-11-17.
- Bids will be opened on 2026-11-17 at 03:00 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Rawalpindi in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee or authorized representatives.

Additional conditions: The procuring agency may reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance and will follow PPRA rules. Bidders must comply with PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement rules and provide PSID-generated bid submission as required by the system.
