- Applicants must register and upload required documents on the portal per the auction document. Soft copy of the earnest money instrument must be uploaded; the original instrument must be submitted physically to the office of the Medical Superintendent within ten days of announcement of the evaluation result.
- Bidding will start from the advertised reserve price; subsequent offers must exceed the prior offer by at least 1% of the reserve price plus the last offer. In case of equal highest bids near closing, the auction may be extended (five-minute increments) as per the portal rules.
- The successful applicant will be required to furnish the earnest money in original and complete registration formalities before issuance of the letter of award. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the "Auction Policy 2025" notified by the SHC&ME Department.
