Issuer: Overseas Employment Corporation (Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development).
Purpose: Open competitive bidding for outsourcing general non‑core support staff (janitorial and related services) on a per‑person, per‑month basis at OEC offices.
Procurement rules & submission: Bids will be received under PPRA Rules, 2004 (Single Stage - Single Envelope). Bidding documents, including detailed scope, eligibility, evaluation methodology and bid security requirements, are available on PPRA's E‑PADS 2.0 portal. Interested bidders must submit bids through E‑PADS 2.0 only, within the deadline specified in the bidding documents.
Eligibility: Firms/companies registered with FBR (Active Taxpayers List) and EOBI with at least three years' experience in provision of manpower/janitorial services.
