Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-bids through the e-PADS v2.0 portal for procurement packages funded from the Company’s FY 2026-27 allocation. Procurement will follow Single-Stage One-Envelope, Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) procedures and applicable Public Procurement Rules. All bids must be accompanied by required bid security; the original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Manager Material Management, Room #311, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar, before the bid closing time.
Online bid submission and registration are required via e-PADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Bids must be uploaded on or before Tuesday, 2026-11-10 at 10:00 AM; e-bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
