WAPDA Hydel Power Station Shadiwal — Invitation to Bid for Construction & R&M Works

Pakistan WAPDA, Office of the Resident Engineer, Hydel Power Station Shadiwal (Gujrat), invites electronic bids through EPADS V2.0 for construction and repair works at Hydel Power Station Shadiwal. Eligible firms must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with the relevant specialized code, registered for the financial year 2026-27, registered with Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments and listed on the FBR Active Tax-Payer List (ATL).

Key instructions: Electronic bidding documents, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS V2.0; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-11-19. Bid security must be submitted as a CDR in favour of the Resident Engineer, Hydel Power Station Shadiwal; the firm name must be written on the CDR. The CDR must be uploaded with the electronic bid and the original CDR must be submitted to the office before the bid opening but not later than 11:00 hours on 2026-11-19. Presentation of false or incorrect documents will result in forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting. WAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA rules.
