DCC Attock RFI: Supply of Furniture for ECCE Classrooms

Issuer: District Coordination Committee (DCC), District Attock / Chief Executive Officer (District Education Authority), Attock.

Purpose: Request for Information (RFI) to pre-qualify manufacturers, suppliers and vendors for supply of furniture for Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) classrooms in 94 public schools of District Attock.

Required furniture items and quantity per school:

Mandatory eligibility criteria (one or more must be met):

• Evidence of successful completion of at least two furniture supply works worth a minimum of Rs. 10 million each within the last three years to public/public sector institutions; supported by work award and completion certificates issued by the employer/contracting organization.
• Submission of at least one sample of each furniture item (chair, table, learning corner shelves, library corner shelves, notice board and white board) for inspection and quality verification against specification compliance.

Documents required with submission:

• Filled supplier information form (Annexure-II).
• Documentary proof of experience (work awards and completion certificates).
• Valid NTN/STRN certificates and business registration documents.

Submission instructions:

• Last date and time for submission: 2026-11-02.
• Submit to: Chief Executive Officer (District Education Authority), near Jinnah Park, Attock.
• All submissions must be on the supplier's official company letterhead, signed and stamped.
• PPRA note: Purchase falls under Rule 59 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and is exempt from advertising on the PPRA website.

Evaluation and delivery:

• The DCC will assess each supplier's documents and furniture samples against mandatory criteria and specification compliance.
• Inspection: Suppliers/manufacturers must deliver furniture to designated warehouses for initial inspection; on successful inspection and clearance, firms will deliver items to respective schools.
• Payment: Payment will be released by the concerned School Management Council (SMC) only after successful delivery, installation and physical verification. Price quotations must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, transportation, handling and incidental charges; no additional claims will be entertained.
