Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites bids through e-PADS only for the provision of consultancy services for TDAP Headquarters, Karachi. Service providers must be registered with the FBR / Sales Tax Department with active taxpayer (ATL) status. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions and submission instructions are available on the e-PADS portal (www.vendors.epads.gov.pk) and on TDAP's website (www.tdap.gov.pk). Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
